In addition to marketing tools and counseling strategies, you'll learn about the characteristics and expectations of the various generations and will ensure that you are prepared for successful communications with your next client. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class. Lunch will be provided to agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. After registering for a class you will receive an automatic email.
