Serving Different Generations: Does One Size Fit All?, 3 Hour Elective This course will help you understand the six living generations within our society and how to best interact with them and represent their needs. In addition to marketing tools and counseling strategies, you'll learn about the characteristics and expectations of the various generations and will ensure that you are prepared for successful communications with your next client. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class. Lunch will be provided to agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. After registering for a class you will receive an automatic email. Nate has been speaking to groups, large and small all over the country for over a decade. He is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through teaching and training. Nate is a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS and teaches the Smart Growth for the 21st Century class, which helps
REALTORS gain a better understanding of how to build communities in a sustainable way. Nate is also certified to instruct NAR’s Discovering Commercial Real Estate course, which provides insight for residential practitioners who are considering commercial real estate. He is also a certified REBAC Instructor and teaches the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation course􀀑 Nate also􀀃
instructs a variety of other courses, including Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Business Planning, Leadership and more. 

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of the class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of the class or any day following.
