It’s often triggered by our brain making quick judgements of people and experiences and culture. In this course you will discover ways to recognize your biases by exploring various situations. It’s when we uncover our hidden bias that we can change our way of thinking. 3 Hour Elective - Bias Busters Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class. Lunch will be provided to agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. After registering for a class you will receive an automatic email.
